Hyundai Motors India Ltd., the country’s second-largest car manufacturer, launched its latest electric vehicle (EV), the Ioniq 5, on February 7th, 2023. This new model is expected to revolutionize the Indian EV market with its cutting-edge technology and innovative design.

The Ioniq 5 is based on Hyundai’s new Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), which offers improved driving dynamics and a spacious interior. With its advanced battery technology, the car can go from 0 to 100 km/hr in just 5.2 seconds and has a range of up to 480 km on a single charge. The car also features fast charging capabilities, allowing it to charge up to 80% in just 18 minutes.

The company aims to sell over 10,000 units of the Ioniq 5 in its first year of launch and is looking to establish itself as a leader in the Indian EV market.
